you need to take mechanism apart to replace DC motor 
it is not just direct lock mechanism replacement
If you dont know how to do it --- dont buy.

The door lock release stop working is a common problem on the ANH10 and MNH10. 

If the door lock latch(photo showing) is not moving after press the remote buttons or the switch on the dash that means the motor has stop working and it needs to be replaced.
