***Shipping Information***

We offer Fast & Free Delivery everywhere in the UK, all international orders have shipping calculated at the checkout.

We aim to dispatch all of our items within 48 hours or 2 working days of ordering upon receipt of full personalisation details. This does not include weekends and bank holidays.

All of our UK Parcels are sent via Evri and Royal Mail 48 as standard unless an alternative delivery method is selected at the checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the service selected but Royal Mail 48 usually takes 1-2 working days from dispatch.

International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Business Parcels with a delivery time of 7-10 working days. This does not include weekends and holidays.

***Return Policy***

We want you to be happy with your purchase at JAP AUTO PARTS which is why we offer a 30 Day Returns Policy.

All our products are purchased from dealers around the global, in the even of a item being at fault, we will need the item back to return to the supplier for testing. If deemed faulty you will be credited back the purchase amount. We do not pay any labour charges or transportation/storage costs.

If any order has been placed and the address is incomplete or incorrect we are unable to replace the item or offer any refunds due to user error.

Please send us a message first before opening any cases with eBay so we can resolve this is a timely manor. This will cause a delay in resolving any issues.
